As many families adapt to the daily struggle of virtual learning, it seems that parents get more and more creative with their homeschooling setups. While some opt to convert their kitchen tables into mini classrooms, one mom cleverly put into her living room cubicles to keep her talkative kids from getting distracted while studying. It is shared on TikTok by her oldest daughter Jaala James and the 18-year-old sits alongside five of her siblings in a cubicle during their school days.

After initially posting a video revealing that her mother had purchased six cubicles for her and her siblings, Jaala took a “cubicle tour” by popular demand, showing off the decorated workspaces of each of her siblings and the couches that the family had stacked up to make room for the desks. She told BuzzFeed that while all her siblings are “super talkative” and “can not stop talking to each other,” they love the setup as it has helped them keep focused and block out each other’s noises. Jaala’s mom is also a fan, even ordering school lunch trays and creating a school day – card to enhance their children’s at-home learning experience. A closer look at the mom’s genius office space is now available!
