Flexible and strengthen the middle zone by performing the heavy beast

Like a wild animal prepared for attack or displacement, we can do this exercise called laden beast o bien, load and unload beast and that starts in the position of the beast ( quadruple ) that contract the abdomen and release the knees off the ground. Then we began to move the buttocks towards the heels and stretch the whole back and arms, while we kept our heads above them.

In the animal kingdom, we find a variety of movements that we can imitate by putting the ‘training method’into practice. One of them is called load beast, which allows work flexibility and strengthens the middle zone.

How to load beast to train without material

Like a wild animal that is preparing for attack or displacement, we can do this exercise called laden beast o bien, load and unload beast and that starts in the position of beast (quadrupeds ) that – contract the abdomen and take the knees off the ground

Then we began to move bringing the buttocks towards the heels and stretching the entire back and arms while we suspended our heads above them.

It is important to keep the abdomen contracted and the knees never touch the ground but remain attached to it.

We will work on the muscles of the flexibility and core as well as shoulder and arms.
