Here is all we know about Resident Evil VIII: Village. At the live streaming of the PlayStation 5 on June 11th, Sony and Capcom announced that Resident Evil VIllage for the PlayStation 5 will be released in 2021.

Prepare for another descent into the wacky.

Resident Evil Village was announced as the eighth installment of the horror-survival franchise during Sony’s PlayStation 5 release on June 11, and the company has offered fans of the series a steady stream of updates since then.

Capcom gave gamers a peek at the making of the upcoming title with the release of yet another trailer at the Tokyo Game Show on September 23. That update was originally scheduled for September, but Capcom decided to give it until September after a slight hiccup in its update schedule.

Since 2017, Capcom has been forced to push the brakes on the present storyline of Resident Evil to release two remakes: one for RE2 and one for RE3.

Resident Evil Village will return the series’ new first person gameplay with a new title that takes inspiration from horror films like The Exorcist and Blair Witch. Here is all we know about Resident Evil VIII: Village
